Ingredients

  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce homemade or store-bought

For the Wrap
  • 4 large flour tortillas 10-inch
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomato diced

  • ½ avocado sliced (optional)
For the Ranch Drizzle
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp lime juice optional for brightness

Method
 

Prepare the BBQ Chicken
  1. If using cooked chicken, shred or slice it into bite-sized pieces. Warm it in a skillet with olive oil, then stir in BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes until heated through and coated.
Mix the Ranch Drizzle
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, lime juice, and garlic powder. This gives the wrap a tangy, creamy finish.
Prep the Vegetables
  1. Shred the lettuce, dice the tomatoes, slice the onions, and prep the avocado if using. Keep ingredients fresh and chilled.
Warm the Tortillas
  1. Heat tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable. Warm tortillas roll better and don’t crack.
Assemble the Wraps
  1. Lay each tortilla flat and layer:
