  • Avocado slices
  • Red onion

Equipment

  • Cutting board
  • Chef’s knife
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Spoon or silicone spatula
  • Grater (for fresh Parmesan)
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Nonstick skillet (if cooking fresh chicken)
  • Tongs for flipping chicken
  • Plastic wrap or parchment (for storing wraps)

Method

Prepare the Chicken
  1. If you’re starting with raw chicken, season the breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let it rest, then slice or dice.
  2. If using leftover or rotisserie chicken, simply shred and set aside.
Prep the Lettuce
  1. Wash and chop romaine into bite-size pieces. Pat dry so your wrap doesn’t become soggy.
Mix the Filling
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine:
  2. Romaine lettuce
  3. Chicken
  4. Caesar dressing
  5. Sprinkle of black pepper
  6. Grated Parmesan
  7. Lightly crushed croutons
  8. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
Warm the Tortillas
  1. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them soft and foldable.
Assemble the Wraps
  1. Spoon the Caesar mixture into the center of each tortilla. Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
  2. Pro tip: Add a squeeze of lemon for extra brightness before rolling.
Slice and Serve
  1. Cut the wraps in half diagonally for easier eating. Serve immediately or wrap tightly for later.
