Step 1: Prepare the Rolls
- Using a serrated knife, slice the entire slab of rolls horizontally without separating them. Place the bottom half into the baking dish.
Step 2: Layer the Filling
- Arrange an even layer of ham over the rolls, followed by cheese. Distribute evenly so every slider gets the same balance.
Step 3: Add the Top Layer
- Place the top half of the rolls back on, pressing gently.
Step 4: Make the Glaze
- In a small saucepan or bowl, melt butter and stir in brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and pepper. Heat just until combined and smooth.
Step 5: Glaze Generously
- Pour or brush the glaze evenly over the tops of the rolls, letting it drip down the sides and into the seams.
Step 6: Bake Covered
- Cover loosely with foil and bake until the cheese melts and the sliders are heated through.
Step 7: Finish Uncovered
- Remove the foil and bake briefly until the tops are lightly golden and glossy.
Step 8: Rest and Serve
- Let the sliders rest for a few minutes, then cut along the seams and serve warm.
